The second video demonstrates two methods of travelling through this room, with R-jumping having the potential to save up to a handful of frames. It is always faster to roll through if you are unable to touch the load trigger for the room with the dash to the platform, however. (The video ends based on the frame that the door opens, so using comma and period while the video is paused to advance one frame at a time is recommended.)
