Geothermal Core is a large room within Magmoor Caverns which contains a Grapple Beam, Boost Ball, and Spider Ball puzzle. Completion of this puzzle allows entry into Plasma Processing which houses the Plasma Beam.
It is possible to skip the Grapple Beam with Space Jump or a Dash, the former from the South Core Tunnel side and the latter on the North Core Tunnel side. Futhermore, it is possible to skip Boost Ball entirely with Space jump by skipping the spinners. Spider Ball can be skipped with Space Jump as well.
Low% employs Floaty Jump from gaining Prefloaty in Magmoor Workstation, then going Out of Bounds in Burning Trail to acquire Floaty. Using Infinite Bomb-Jumps with Floaty, one can skip the spinners (Boost Ball) and jump high enough to the door via the spider track at the last spinner or using the typical Spider Ball platforms. It is also possible to skip Grapple Beam and Boost Ball by performing well-timed Double Bomb-Jumps on the spinner platforms and using the Spinner-skip (rotating without Boost) without Boost Ball.
